Refund and Cancellation Policy

The seller of the Apricode product is Growth By AI LLC (Delaware, USA). Paddle.com Market Limited (or a Paddle affiliate) is the Merchant of Record for checkout, invoicing, sales tax / VAT collection, and payment processing. Apricode does not store full payment card details.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@apricodeai.com. Upon cancellation: (a) you retain access until the end of the current billing period; (b) no further charges are applied after that period; and (c) the account is downgraded to a read-only state at period end unless a new subscription is started.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law or where this policy says otherwise.

For annual subscriptions, you may request a pro-rata refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase or annual renewal. After that window, unused time in an annual term is not refunded except for: (a) confirmed billing errors; (b) termination for Apricode's uncured material breach; or (c) mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days after approval. Paddle may apply its own processing timeline for the payout to your card or account.

Email legal@apricodeai.com or support@apricodeai.com with your account email, invoice or Paddle transaction ID, and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within five (5) business days.

Before opening a chargeback with your card issuer, contact us first and allow 15 business days to investigate. Chargebacks for valid charges may result in account suspension pending resolution.

Because Paddle is Merchant of Record, checkout receipts, tax invoices, and many refunds are issued by Paddle on behalf of Growth By AI LLC. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment transaction in addition to these Terms. You can review Paddle's policies at paddle.com/legal.
